Don’t miss out on a sale. If you buy an eligible item in Australia with your Latitude Gem Visa and within 12 months the item is available at a lower price at the same retailer or any other Australian retailer, we’ll pay the difference between the purchase price and the lower price to your account, up to $1,000 per item. So the more you claim the more you can save.*
Cover the things you buy with your Latitude Gem Visa. This means if your item is lost, stolen or damaged within 12 months of its purchase, we’ll pay for the original purchase price or the cost of repair or replacement to your account, up to $2,000 per item.*
Cover for your account
If your Latitude Gem Visa card is reported stolen, we'll pay $200 to your account - just for the inconvenience.*
If you lose your job unexpectedly (for at least 90 days), or can't work due to sickness or injury (for at least 30 days), we'll pay the balance of your account up to $5,000.*
If you die, we'll pay the balance owing at the date of your death, up to $20,000.*

Need to make a claim?
Making a claim for Shopper's Protection is straight forward. Depending on the nature of the claim, you can complete a claim online, download and send in a claim form, or call us on 1800 800 230 Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm (AEST).
